Enterprises Management Upgrade Project

In August 2020, Laizhou City launched the enterprises management upgrade project, and selected 20 companies as models. The project takes 36 key contents of the enterprise operation system as the core, and carries out structural governance on the five major sections of the enterprise operation system-strategic planning, management planning, operation planning, talent planning and site planning. The project adopts a brand-new MCIT model-centralized lectures, salon counseling, on-site guidance, internal training for all employees, 5S on-site management and special management to help enterprises standardize management and achieve management upgrades.
