Large valve
The body load of a large valve is large, the piping should be arranged horizontally and supported separately, and the operation and maintenance space of the transmission mechanism should be considered, and brackets should be installed on one or both sides of the transmission mechanism. The bracket should not be installed on the short pipe that needs to be disassembled during maintenance, and it should not affect the support of the pipeline when the valve is removed, and the support should be 50-100mm above the ground. When the actuator is heavy, a separate support needs to be provided for it. The installation method of the butterfly valve is determined according to the pipeline layout. When the pipeline is arranged horizontally, the butterfly valve stem should be arranged as horizontally as possible, and the opening direction of the butterfly valve must be kept consistent with the flow direction of the medium to prevent the slurry and contaminants in the medium from depositing on the valve shaft and the sealing part of the valve body.
