Installation of gate valves

The principle to be followed when installing the globe valve is that the fluid in the pipeline passes through the valve hole from bottom to top, commonly known as “low into high”, and is not allowed to be installed in reverse.
Check valve installation
Check valve, also known as check valve, check valve, is a valve under the pressure difference before and after the valve automatically opened and closed, its role is to make the medium only a direction of flow, and prevent the medium flow back. Check valve according to its different structure, there are lifting, swing and butterfly wafer type. Lifting check valve and horizontal and vertical points. Check valve installation, also should pay attention to the flow of medium, can not be installed in reverse.
Installation of pressure reducing valve
Pressure reducing valve is adjusted to reduce the inlet pressure to a required outlet pressure, and rely on the energy of the medium itself, so that the outlet pressure automatically maintain stable valve.
From the point of view of fluid mechanics, pressure reducing valve is a local resistance can change the throttle element, that is, by changing the throttle area, the flow rate and fluid kinetic energy change, resulting in different pressure loss, so as to achieve the purpose of decompression. Then rely on the control and regulation system adjustment, so that the valve pressure fluctuation and spring force balance, so that the valve pressure in a certain range of error to maintain constant.
1. The pressure reducing valve group installed vertically is generally arranged along the wall at an appropriate height from the ground; Horizontally mounted pressure relief valve sets are typically mounted on a permanent operating platform.
2. The application of steel respectively in the two control valves (often used for globe valve) on the outside of the wall, forming a bracket, bypass pipe is also stuck on the bracket, leveling and alignment.
3. The pressure reducing valve should be installed vertically in the horizontal pipeline, not tilted, the arrow on the valve body should point to the direction of medium flow, not installed.
4. Stop valve and high and low pressure pressure gauge should be installed on both sides to observe the pressure change before and after the valve. The pipe diameter after the pressure reducing valve should be 2#-3# larger than the inlet pipe diameter before the valve, and install the bypass pipe for maintenance.
5. The pressure equalizing pipe of the film pressure reducing valve should be connected to the low-pressure pipe. Safety valve should be set up for low pressure pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the system.
6. When used for steam decompression, the drain pipe should be set. For piping systems requiring higher degree of purification, a filter should be set in front of the pressure reducing valve.
7. After the installation of the pressure reducing valve group, pressure test, washing and adjustment should be carried out on the pressure reducing valve and safety valve according to the design requirements, and the adjusted mark should be made.
When flushing the pressure reducing valve, close the inlet valve of the pressure reducing valve and open the flushing valve for flushing.
